I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. - Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. - Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the 30% cancellation fee will apply.
